We had rented a POD and unfortunately there was not enough space so I had to rent another storage unit quickly. The movers stayed longer than the initial time we alloted. They were very professional. They worked hard and were very careful with some of our more sensitve pieces of furniture. We will have to use movers again in a couple of weeks and I plan on asking them to help me again.

Martin and Jesus arrived on time and got right to work moving our furniture into a POD. Very knowledgeable about how to move and pack each piece. Great workers and pleasant to be around. Would definitely use them again.

1. They showed up 1.5 hours late - (though they did call to let me know)
2. They didn't wrap my furniture in the plastic wrap I specifically requested they bring in order to help prevent scratches (I haven't unpacked yet to be able to tell you how much damage was done to my things) and because they ignored my written and verbal requests, I can't even confirm they brought it to begin with. ...
3. At the end when I had to call hireahelper to release their payment, they over heard the system repeat the total amount, at which they chimed in that I had paid too much - hireahelper must add a fee just for them on the prices you see when booking and they took the unprofessional approach of pointing out I over paid for this crappy experience.

I have to tell you that Julio and his helper did a great job for us. They were on time and worked hard all day. They were able to pack more into our POD than I thought possible and were extremely polite and helpful. They were well trained and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

The individuals who came to help us with our move were very efficient and very professional. They worked hard and were able to pack things into our PODs to make it all fit - which I was very nervous about. They worked without a break for five hours and I was very pleased with their effort and skill. We had bad weather and they were about 45 minutes late, but other than that everything was great.
