Tymar and Antonio came to help me empty my house for my move. They followed all covid rules and were extremely polite. They worked hard and wrapped everything better than I expected and packed my pod and fit more then I thought would.fit. they are great guys and did not stop the entire time. These guys deserve a five-star review in every respect, despite having arrived a little late due to other jobs running long. While we were able to move a substantial number of boxes down to the truck on our own, we would not have been able to load and secure the truck without the expertise of On The Go Moving Services. I am extremely satisfied with their service, and I would highly recommend to anyone considering a move in the city.

Both Tymor and Marcus were very cordial and their organization was exceptional, however I was not happy with the finished outcome. Some of it was not their doing because the pod attachments for the tie-downs were not on the appropriate cross beams. They did their best and moved the hooks to the appropriate beams, but I did not feel that the top layer of boxes was secured appropriately. I even offered to go to the hardware store to get eyelet hooks for them to use. I was told that I could do it myself if I wanted to later. Tymor repeatedly told me not to worry, despite significant movement between several top layer boxes. When I inspected it again after they left, I found in the top back corner, an unsecured toolbox resting on a flat panel TV that had been placed on its side. I had to maneuver myself over boxes to get to these items and eventually got them to the floor to a more secure location behind a mattress. I was also disappointed and felt a little rushed that before they would leave the premises, Tymor rushed me to release the payment. He actually did it himself on my phone before I could have a chance to read any of the information on the pages. They were at my home only an hour, despite the minimum 2 hour contract. They had plenty of time to correct what I ended up having to do myself.
