The movers never showed up. After being late we started calling, James answered the first call and told us he would get the movers exact location and call us back. For 2 more hours we called and it went to voicemail mail, no return calls and we’re stuck with a huge UHaul truck to unload. We are seniors, my husband’s health will not allow him to be moving a house hold of boxes and furniture. This was a horrible experience, especially after traveling over 890 miles for 2 days. I would NEVER recommend this company- they left us high and dry.

The 2 young men that helped my son were beyond fantastic! On time, extremely polite. We found it necessary to switch days and asked them to come a day early. They had no issues with that. I would highly recommend 2 Brothers Moving.

2 Brothers Moving in Prescott , AZ was very flexible when we needed someone to help us on Father's Day. Not only did they work on that special day our move was chaotic and they rolled with the flow and stay with us despite being many more hours than the two that we thought we needed and the multiple times they needed to move our boxes. I could not recommend them more highly. I'm sure that we will have an opportunity to need assistance again and this is the place we will always check with first.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The biggest thing besides being sure if we're not doing the packing that their personal belongings are ready to go so we can get the heavy lifting done and get them situated; I want my customer to be prepared mentally and let us take some of that stress away and it doesn't have to be a stressful experience.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled just about any kind of move you can imagine. From here to Virginia or just statewide or apartment to apartment that's a block away. We have handled gun safes, pianos, and personal property that they didn't think they would be able to get out of their house again. If you can think of it we've probably handled it or know how to assess the situation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of the moving business is having the ability to change the perception of the moving industry and who movers really are.
