Texas Top Tier Movers were phenomenal. They had an unforeseen circumstance that delayed them - Norman called before my scheduled time to tell me they were going to be delayed a d explained why. They showed up in the rescheduled timeframe they gave us, and communicated when they were on their way and their ETA. I was very pleased with the level of communication. They were very efficient - we hired 4 movers for 4 hours for my 2200 SF home and they were done in under 2 hours. They were all very respectful of our belongings—nothing was dropped or broken. They were incredibly efficient and still took great care to wrap our furniture. Our couch is extremely heavy and awkward but they handled it perfectly and didn't even run into the doorjamb on their way out. I would absolutely recommend Texas Top Tier Movers!

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
