My crew, Q and RJ, were absolutely amazing and got my move done in under an hour, even though I was the last move of the day in extreme heat. They were very professional and thorough. My only challenge was the scheduling -- the office told me they would arrive at 5pm and they came at 10:30pm -- but it was no fault of the crew and I was grateful for their help. I definitely recommend working with Q and RJ.

The good- when the guys finally did show up they were polite and professional and worked hard
The bad- they were late showing up. I understand things can happen but over the course of about two hours I had three phone calls with them and each time they were 30 minutes away. I wish they have been more accurate with their times. I sat there waiting for 3 1/2 hours.

Did not meet the service window due to another job running long. I was not informed until I called for an update on their delay. Decoupled my delivery transportation and Have it Maids service. Caused me friction and time working with both companies to align again. Friday service occurred on Tuesday.
- Customer service ladies were professional, kind, and did their best to help reschedule. This company should value and recognize their customer service.
- Moving crew was professional, hard working, and efficient. These two young men are value added and should be taken care of. I would seek to work with these fine men again.

Movers were supposed to be here between 2-3 pm. Didn’t arrive until 7 pm. For that reason alone, I would have given the company 1 star. However, when they did arrive, they were very professional and careful with my belongings. I truly appreciated that.

They showed up an hour late. Did more talking then moving. They left a half hour early with the promise to return. They never came back or called. Many calls to the service with no return call or apology. We ended up finishing our own move. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the aggravation and go with another company!
