I am sitting here literally in tears. We are
older, and we hired this company to load our truck. They cancelled 2 hours after they were scheduled to be here. They confirmed two days out. I received another confirming text this morning. Now, we cannot find anyone to help us. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE?? THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE.

These guys did not show. I made the reservation well in advance of my move (a month before my moving day) and I even called the day before to confirm they were coming and I spoke to Moe who said they'd be here. Then moving day came and nobody showed up, nobody called, and when I tried contacting them, they wouldn't answer their phone and their voicemail was full. This is the most unprofessional business and I would not recommend them to anyone, unless you like getting your help canceled on you at the last minute. Absolute fail!

Well for starters they were suppose to show from 9am to 10am. They didn't show until 430pm. They told me their car ?? broke down on the highway. No problem said the owner he is going to dispatch another team that would be on the way. Needless to say that other team showed up around 5pm 30 minutes after the original team got there. That day was a total disaster. What I will say is the movers were professional. I used them prior to this move and had no issues. I can honestly say I will never use them again only because of the way business was handled by the owner. I reached out to the owner twice after they did my move as a courtesy before I did this review. I got no response from him. Would have really appreciated speaking with him.

Both gentlemen were polite throughout the experience. They did not bring dollies or other tools to assist with the move. Crew that unloaded on the other end documented damage cause during the move due to improper placement or preparation of furniture and appliances. Almost every piece of a $3,000 queen bed had gouges or scratches on headboard, footboard, and side boards. A $2,000 TV Armoire had scratches all along the bottom. These pieces were photographed. None of these items were covered as instructed. Refrigerator and freezer were not covered and were placed in the truck so movement during the drive damaged both pieces. We are not pleased with the loading service and suggest these gentlemen find another line of work. We had 36 large covers and 12 small covers for covering furniture and appliances. About half were used. None of the shrink wrap we provided was used. None of these items will be the same. Cost to repair items will exceed what we paid for this service.
