What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Customers can expect a welcome call from our call center to confirm the details of the move. We will go over addresses and your inventory.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Anywhere between 15 minutes to 45 minutes prior to your move, you should expect my team to call you to let you know their expected arrival time. You should expect my team to arrive in uniform driving an equipped truck. That truck should be clean and stocked, ready to handle your move. You should expect each member of that crew to introduce themselves and complete a walk-through of your items so everyone understands the scope of work that is to be completed.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Try and be "Move Ready"...to include (but not limited to) Pack all items (like electronics) in their original, manufacture's box Label your boxes clearly on the 4 vertical sides for easy location placement Place heavier items in small boxes Use larger items for less dense objects Remove all fuel and oil from lawn equipment Create a vision of where you would like your furniture to go (at your new place) prior to moving day Get a good night sleep the night before.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have handled so many different types of moves...from single bedroom college apartments to large family homes. We have completed local & long distance moves, both residential and commercial. We have moved people into homes, storage units, apartments and town homes. From small businesses to a high school, we have experience with commercial moves as well (Yes, I said a High School!!!)

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Being invited into someone's home, their castle and tasked with taking the stress of moving and allowing our customers to just enjoy the experience.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We have a multiple day training program all our employees are involved with at our warehouse before being placed on one of our trucks. Day 1 involves Company training, both in lecture form and through the use of an on-line training program. Day 2 involves warehouse training. We provide our employees with the chance to prep several pieces of furniture in our warehouse under the supervision of an experienced mover. Then we practice actually carrying the furniture through our offices (best way to learn)
