They were supposed to be here between 2-3 and they arrived at 3:29 but I know it wasn’t their fault. A few pieces got scratched but it was a difficult job walking quite away to get to my apartment. They were very polite and worked the whole time!! I would use them again.

They broke a couple of my tables and didn't complete the job. When I asked them to stay an extra hour after I paid them via Zelle, they did not stay. I had to unload a quarter for a 26' truck by myself.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Normally a customer will receive a text message the morning of the move confirming the time. Once arrived and setup the mover will take a walk through , where you would direct them on the things needed to be done. After that all the movers would need are materials(Blankets,Straps,Rope) and TIME.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
1. Mover friendly Boxes = Allows the movers to carry 2/3 smaller lighter boxes vs Large 2. Provide Blankets , Wrap Or straps and make sure they are visible. 3. Separate the items needed to be moved
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members receive hands on training until their peak is reached. You may order 2 guys and receive 3 that means one is still in training.
