The crew were great to have help pack and load our belongings especially when it required a number of additional days unplanned. They always arrived a little early and especially appreciated their help in rescheduling due to our storage contained being rescheduled last minute and affecting their job. There were a few areas missed in packing, requiring me to locate additional packing supplies.
Normally not too bothersome but had been told a few times “everything was packed.” One other concern we had is regarding the scheduling service. When we provided the details on our location the scheduling provider greatly underestimated the amount of manpower needed and hours (example: 2-3 men for 2-4 hours for a 3 bedroom home more than fully furnished.) daily we would have to call and schedule additional days resulting in an anticipated 3-4 day process to take nearly 12 days!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Normally a customer will receive a text message the morning of the move confirming the time. Once arrived and setup the mover will take a walk through , where you would direct them on the things needed to be done. After that all the movers would need are materials(Blankets,Straps,Rope) and TIME.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
1. Mover friendly Boxes = Allows the movers to carry 2/3 smaller lighter boxes vs Large 2. Provide Blankets , Wrap Or straps and make sure they are visible. 3. Separate the items needed to be moved
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members receive hands on training until their peak is reached. You may order 2 guys and receive 3 that means one is still in training.
