They interrupted me when I was telling them what I needed done, to reassure me they already knew what they were doing and had many years of experience. What they did was ridiculous. They loaded all of the bags of cushions and linens that were meant to be furniture padding in the back of the pod , leaving nothing to pad the antique furniture. They laid a fragile antique armoire on its side on the floor with its weight distributed between the bottom edge and the tip of the crown molding. Their idea was to use this 100 year old armoire which was balanced on a piece of decorative molding as a base on which to pile boxes. They put 2 pieces of a sectional couch together by laying one upside down on the floor and balancing the other on the wooden feet. I could go on, but I these are enough to illustrate the thought-free process they used I am paying another company to unload the pod and reload it.

I can't say enough about the great job Justin and his team did! They were on time, fast and efficient. They also took great care with my fragile items - not a single thing was broken. On top of that, they were super nice to work with from beginning to end. It's clear that Justin takes great pride in his work. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customer will receive an email verifying the date and time of move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call when we are on our way. When we arrive, we initially do a walk-through before getting started.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
In order to best prepare for your move, have all items boxed up and ready to go. If you need beds or furniture disassembled, we do not mind doing it but the move will take less time if everything is already taken apart upon our arrival.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in local labor help. We will load and/or unload any type of truck, container, storage unit, POD, trailers, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people on a daily basis and we take pride in the work that we do!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All members have to take a standard moving training course as well as on-the-job training.

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
