Every single thing about working with this company and humans has been great. From communication with Noah the very first day, which was super clear and helpful, all the way through confirmation communication with him the days before, and the move itself. Layton and Scott came just to help us load a u-haul. We needed help getting all the furniture out of the house. They were prompt, incredibly kind, incredibly professional, and efficient! They were really charming and I felt like two incredibly strong friends were helping us make this huge move in our life. A customer can expect a direct point of contact available via text or phone at any time. We pride ourselves on efficient and frequent communication with our clients, and making sure they are at ease throughout the entire process leading up to their move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer should expect accurate communication of an eta, as well as high quality personnel who work hard, and regardless of the circumstances, maintain a great attitude.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please be sure to make sure you are fully packed and prepared for everything to be moved onto the truck. Miscellaneous items during moving day can make the job a lot less efficient so having anything that is able to be packed into boxes/bags is extremely important.
What types of moves have you handled?
Your Neighbors Moving has successfully completed a large scope of different moves from simple, load/unload jobs, all the way packing and moving people fully across the country. Whether we are placing boxes/bags into your new home, or moving large furniture to a third floor apartment, we always take great care of your valuables!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The thing I enjoy most about this industry is how personable it is. I have met and continue to meet so many amazing individuals through this line of work. You spend sometimes, all day in someones home with them, packing/moving all of their personal items.. it can be very easy to get to know and build great connections with great people!
What training do you provide your crew members?
YNM takes very seriously its vision and how we do what we do. Therefore, we are picky with who we hire and ensure that those who'd like to work with us place the same value on what we're doing as we do. We provide all of our teammates with thorough training materials prior to and throughout their training with us. We have an experienced Team Lead on every single job we do, whose responsibility is to always train and coach throughout the entire job. We build leaders, who build leaders, who build leaders.
