How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Please be sure to make sure you are fully packed and prepared for everything to be moved onto the truck. Miscellaneous items during moving day can make the job a lot less efficient so having anything that is able to be packed into boxes/bags is extremely important.

Your Neighbors Moving has successfully completed a large scope of different moves from simple, load/unload jobs, all the way packing and moving people fully across the country. What's your favorite part about being a mover?

The thing I enjoy most about this industry is how personable it is. I have met and continue to meet so many amazing individuals through this line of work. You spend sometimes, all day in someones home with them, packing/moving all of their personal items.. it can be very easy to get to know and build great connections with great people!

What training do you provide your crew members?

YNM takes very seriously its vision and how we do what we do. Therefore, we are picky with who we hire and ensure that those who'd like to work with us place the same value on what we're doing as we do. We provide all of our teammates with thorough training materials prior to and throughout their training with us. We have an experienced Team Lead on every single job we do, whose responsibility is to always train and coach throughout the entire job. We build leaders, who build leaders, who build leaders.
