The guys were punctual, prepared and packed all goods properly, but were difficult to communicate with. They tried packing the bed three times despite being told that it was nāt to be in the pod. They wasted no time and stayed a little longer than we booked in order to get things done. I ended up securing the final packing with cord, as that final packing was still undone. We would have reservations using this packing company again, just from the communication standpoint. Hard workers with English difficulties.

The contact person was patient, knowledgeable and able to answer oall of my questions .The two gentleman who efficiently loaded our POD did a great job! They arrived prepared, ready to work and work they did. We did not encounter any damage to our household goods. Highly recommend JFK Moving.
