First off, they damaged my furniture and never returned to fix it. They took 2 hours longer than they should have. The main guy was on the phone more often then not and he had a new guy with him. I literally only had them move furniture and it took them 5 hours to move 2 bedroom sets, dinning room set and living room 5 miles from house to apartment.
I was extremely unimpressed with their service. I would never use this service again, what a horrible experience.

They were late, set 2-3 as arrival (they verified they would be here at 2:30 the day before) . They did call at 3::23 saying they were on their way. They arrived at 5:09. We missed the early turn in time for the rental truck so lost money on that since we had to turn it in after hours the day before a federal holiday.
Since they were so late myself and my husband (who is injured) unloaded almost everything in the 26 foot u-haul except the large items.
So we basically paid for two guys almost 400.00 to unload a washer , dryer, 2 beds, treadmill, about 20 boxes, a dining table, and 5 sofa pieces. They were here for an hour. Thankfully the guys were good but as a retired military family we have done over 22 moves with full service moving companies and this was just help unloading so it should have been less hassle and more care to communicate.

On time workers. Professionals, efficiency, and a great job.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have everything boxed and ready to go. Unplug all electrical items. Again, make sure everything that fits into a ox goes into a box. Then we can focus all time on loading and not packing.
What types of moves have you handled?
We loaded and unload houses, offices, out of state, on site, commercial equipment, clean outs. We've picked up loads from airports, stores, ect. If you have a project we can do it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
All the new people and places I meet and see. Always being somewhere different. And knowing the job ends soon!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Stacking, wrapping, customer service. How to maneuver inside homes, how to team lift, ideal lifting techniques.
