The movers were on time and prepared for the job (unload PODS 16' container into a 3 story townhome). They are some of the most diligent workers I've ever met. Their teamwork and communication is impressive (and I'm in the military LOL). The team consisted of three men- I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable having the team in my home as a single woman. They respected my property and goods. They even assembled a few pieces of furniture, which saved me so much time. I will absolutely use this service again if/when the opportunity presents itself, and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs moving assistance. This company lives up to its name.

When my POD arrived, I got stressed that the dimensions were too small to fit my belongings so I reached out to the Allstar team. Danielle and James immediately soothed my concerns and offered to look at photos to better confirm. Communication was great and they went above and beyond to help me feel confident about the process. The day of, the team of 2 gave me a 15min heads-up phone call, they were friendly and efficient and amazing at their job --- there was room to spare in the POD when they were done!! They ensured everything was securely packed and reenforced some of my things with extra tape and a couple blankets. Thank you!

The was great! Worked hard only stoping for a bathroom break. They took extra care to make sure everything was packed safely into the trailer. All furniture was wrapped with utmost care! I would recommend them to everyone. Communication was great!

The guys worked hard. Wrapped up everything under moving pads. Used 3 dozen and everything was wrapped well. 3 packages of straps also made for a secure load. I was really impressed with the team work communication and professional attitude. Absolutely recommend this crew I had with James as the site coordinator.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers who book loading jobs are encouraged to have rachet straps, moving blankets, and furniture shrink wrap. Customers who book packing jobs are encouraged to have boxes, packing tape, shrink wrap, bubble wrap, and labels.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crews are trained to handle a variety of moves including but not limited to: Local, Long distance, Office, In home furniture staging, Commercial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love hearing and being apart of the clients moving experiences.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crews consist of workers who have experience moving professionally. Many are previously leaders in other moving companies. We are constantly evaluating the standards of work they provide. Safety is our main goal and ensure that lifts are done in proper form, and clients belongings are free from damage.
