The team was 45 minutes late to the job. After several back and forth calls and me texting him the location twice they finally arrived. The team lead claimed he had the wrong address, but when I checked the paperwork he presented me to sign at the end of the job the address was correct. He also tried to get me to sign the paperwork saying the job started at 9am when in fact they didn't arrive until 9:45am. I scratched out the time he wrote and inserted the correct time. At the end of the job the team lead asked me if I was going to give them a gratuity, which I found quite unprofessional. The crew of two did ok and nothing was damaged. But, given the initial lateness and trying to get me to sign for an incorrect time on the paperwork, I would not use this company again.

They were not very helpful in their attitude. I asked them to unpack a few things on which they objected and created a situation where I almost decided to dispute the payment but then decided against it due to a shortage of my time.
I would not recommend them to anybody.

Our crew was on time and worked very hard to finish the job within 3 hours. They were respectful of my goods and property. They communicated well beforehand to ensure we had the materials they might need to finish the job promptly. They were experienced and creative in planning for every piece to fit in our pod. We provide top of the line services and experienced movers on every job. From the moment you book until your move is completed, we will remain in communication with you!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call the morning of your move to ensure everything is going good on your end, adjustments will be made if necessary (per your request). We will call again when we are 15 minutes from your location. Upon arrival you will feel relieved because we show up and do exactly what we guarantee.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
BE HONEST! We are here to help but we cannot do our job if we are not prepared to do it. Please inform us of any and all details, we will handle the rest!

We can handle it all! We are a professional moving company with experience. From residential moves to commercial moves, we do it.
