Rigo’s men were respectful to me and of my belongings. They showed up on time, and worked diligently and quickly. I was quite impressed with them and the office staff that I dealt with too. I would definitely recommend them.

I previously hired 3 movers for 3 hours to move items that were already packed into boxes into a moving truck. The movers finished in 2 hours because they were very efficient. The time, I hired 2 movers to move less items into the same sized moving truck, but one of these two movers was slow and lazy.
I am a woman and am all for women's rights, but the woman mover did not want to move the heavier items leaving it only to the man who came. When she placed items onto the dolly, she moved one item at a time to the moving truck, instead of stacking more onto the dolly even when she had the room to do so. Towards the end, I had to stack her dolly for her in order for her to be more efficient. When I asked her to move the larger boxes first, she did so one time and when she came back, she went back to the smallest items again. I initially only booked them for 2 hours, but because of her laziness and inefficiency, I had to add on another hour to complete the job.
As the male mover was arranging the boxes in the moving truck, I asked him to have the woman arrange the items since she was doing a horrible job at moving the boxes into the truck. He couldn't do that because she couldn't arrange the items in the truck either. So I basically paid for 1 mover for the price of 2. I ended up moving a lot of the items myself after they left. Never again will I use Rigo's Moving & Storage and you should avoid them also.

The 2 gentlemen were polite and professional. They were respectful of my home and the objects/items they wrapped and placed in the container.
They arrived on time and completed the work within the 3 hours I paid for.
The main office consistently called and updated me of they arrival.

I had this company three times to deliver my pods and move the boxes into my house. They were wonderful. I highly recommend them. They were quick, efficient, courteous, and worked very very hard.

Good service overall. On time and very careful with all items. Only one item was damaged-a printer was turned over when wrapping plastic around it and it leaked ink inside the printer, the mover told us once he noticed it. Very polite and efficient with overall move.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
