They were incredibly prompt. When they arrived, it was pouring rain, so they agreed to come back in an hour, after the rain subsided.

They had to navigate three flights of stairs from our San Francisco Edwardian into a Pods shipping container, and did an amazing job of carefully wrapping and moving our furnishings with the upmost respect, politeness, and packing talent! Proload is definitely a Top quality moving company. They were so accommodating during my move and know how to compact space! Take their suggestions if you are short on space ??. Also, if you forgot to bring straps or bungies, don't worry about going to drive all the way to Home Depot, they'll help you. You will no go wrong booking this company. 5-stars in my book.
