Carlton’s crew did an outstanding job unloading our furniture. They were careful not to damage the furniture and the walls when moving in large and small items. I highly recommend this company.

TERRIBLE, INEXPERIENCED, UNPREPARED, would NEVER use again. They were slow, did not work hard... nearly all the time, one of them would be working and the other two just standing by watching instead of working and at the end they claimed they had gone over the 2hr mark and charged me an extra half hour. They are clearly not professionals as they left lots of space between items not knowing how to pack a POD so we had to rearrange things once they were gone. They loaded half my HHG without packing and when I voiced concerns and asked them to wrap/pack my items beforehand they acted like they were inconvenienced. They also didn't bring anything with them except 1 dolly as if not knowing what loading a 3 bedroom house is like. They banged my brand new walls on several occasions twice right in front of my own eyes not paying attention walking in and out. They were disrespectful of my property dropping several things including my appliances because they were heavy and they were just two man carrying it as opposed to using straps, dolly... or any of the like.

Carlton and his team helped us on two separate jobs with unloading moving trucks. They worked hard and always asked if they weren’t sure where things were to be placed. They were careful with our items and with protecting the walls and doorways of the house. I would recommend them.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call to alert Customer we're on the way. Making sure we carry all the supplies they will need on the job. Discussing expectations and details about the job.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have everything packed and sealed. Dresser drawers out of dresser (if not, we will shrink wrap each drawer). Update movers on everything in House/Apt/Condo before moving.
What types of moves have you handled?
Long distance (100 miles) loading trucks, unloading,. Loading, packing; driving large diesel trucks to Pennsylvania for moving jobs, up mountains. Load/Unload antique furniture, heavy woods, lifting items up curved stairwells, moving safes that weigh over 900 lbs.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The appreciation from Customer that we did a great job.
What training do you provide your crew members?
200 pound Armoire hold for 10 mins walk 20 mins back and forth to see how long they can hold and how far they can go and to train their mind for heavier items in the future. Lifting weighs after work. Teaching younger movers how to pack a POD, Truck.
