They did a good job of moving everything they needed and took care of most of our items. Minor scratches here and there. My only critique was the pace of work. When paying for 2 hours, it seemed lagged and took longer than expected to get larger items loaded. Overall, they were super friendly and I would recommend.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with them. They arrived on time, were super careful with every box and they finished early. If you are planning a move, call these folks. On time. Somewhat prepared. I had suggested ahead of time to bring a dolly with pneumatic tires because we had to cross the lawn with several heavy pieces. I also noted in the original reservation that there were pieces weighing over 300 lbs. They really didn't come prepared for this. He charged me extra for handling these pieces after the fact. They did work hard and fast. Maybe a bit too fast at times. They were very respectful and got the job done. Would I use again? Maybe. I was overall satisfied. I just hope I never need to move again.

Marcus called to confirm the move a couple of days out..which I was happy about. On moving day Marcus called to confirm. They were on time and so polite, it felt like family was moving me. Marcus put me at total ease and they got to work! They moved all my assigned items and help me with some other items as well. Marcus is truly "A Master Packer" & he packed my POD to perfection!! The 2 workers who showed up were on time and helpful. They did the assigned work in a reasonable time period with small breaks here and there. They were careful with my items. However, TheHire a Helper corp. was TERRIBLE to work with. They didn’t explain all the charges that showed up on the invoice, didn’t send me an invoice until I demanded it and went ahead and tried to charge me without my permission - thankfully my card declined them! It took numerous calls to rectify the issue and I’m still not sure that they haven’t overcharged me! I’m waiting for a refund - which could have been a apices by charging me correctly in the first place. Buyer beware!! Look elsewhere for help before coming to this group!

The two guys they sent out not only arrived early but they also properly moved all of our things without breaking or misplacing anything. I left the tip and I hope everyone else who uses this company leave tips. The two guys they sent out definitely deserve it..
