What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A Welcome Call from our office to introduce ourselves within 48 hours of booking. We also perform Confirmation Calls within 48 hours of the job date to verify everything is still on schedule and review things like parking.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Their first call of the day to be no later than 30 minutes before the start of their job to introduce the Captain of the team coming out. Team will arrive in a College Hunks uniform and begin every job with a short binder presentation about College Hunks.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Review your Move Brochure. Be packed and ready to go if no packing services were requested.
What types of moves have you handled?
Moves ranging from 2 hour minimums with minimal inventory, to multi day pack and moves with overnight storage. Residential, office, government, embassies, military bases. Local and Interstate.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our Brand Promise is a Stress-free Experience. Even when the client is upgrading, moving can be very stressful, so providing the client with a positive experience during this time truly gives us great joy.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our Corporate Headquarters created Move University, which provides extensive training videos and courses for a national standardized move experience. After completing the virtual experience, hands on training is completed before anyone can go on the truck.
