This is the third time I have used HireAHelper and the three separate companies they have contracted have made my moves incredibly stressful. Pro Movers Express were expected to arrive between 8 and 9am but started an hour late (it was pouring rain though so understandable?) They did a fabulous job shrink wrapping everything and handling my items carefully. I had pre-paid for 3 hours BUT it took them an additional FIVE hours to load two trucks: a 24’ truck of theirs and a 10’ UHAUL truck. They did not even get everything loaded after a total of 8 hours! Yet, when I moved from AZ, also with 2 trucks: two Penske trucks, 26’ and 12’, ALL of these exact same items were loaded within 3 hours. So, 8 hours to load, 2 hours to drive to new location, and 2 hours to unload. Needless to say, Pro Movers Express made a NICE bonus from me for a 100 mile move!
I will add the guys that completed all the shrink wrapping and loading, were extremely nice and worked until 11:30pm unloading the items they were able to load. They also set up my sectional that has power recliners and the king bed. I totally appreciate the work they did and the fact they completed the job successfully. Thank you very much Andrew, Nate, and Jabbar!
I will, most likely, never use HireAHelper again though.
