Robert (the owner) and Lester came to help us move our belongings into our PODS container today. We chose 2 helpers for 4 hours and that amount was perfect for our two bed two bath apartment.
I was worried about everything getting into our POD in an organized and secure manner, but both of these guys are true professionals. They were on time and from the beginning made sure to ask what items were being taken and what items were staying in the apartment. They got to work right away, were careful and respectful of our items, and were also genuinely pleasant to be around and talk to.
They were generous with the palette wrap to make sure our items were padded and secure in the POD. They perfectly Tetris-ed all of our boxes and furniture and there is no way anything is going to get shuffled around as our PODS travels across the country.

I would definitely recommend them and use them again. They took good care of our belongings and made sure we were satisfied before leaving.
