On time and able to disassemble our bed and carry it down stairs without damaging anything. The headboard is solid mahogany and a beast to move.Doug was great organizing items to fit into the U Haul. Very pleased!

The crew was fantastic. They arrived right on time and worked like the pros they are. Not a thing was broken or damaged. They were friendly and polite. I had a lot to move down one flight of stairs, to two different locations, and everything was completed smoothly and expertly. The guys were waiting when I arrived. I unlocked the truck, showed where I wanted the stuff placed and away they went. In about 1 1/2 hours, they were done and sweeping the dirt out of the truck. They even followed me to the truck drop point and gave me a lift back to the new home.

Martin and John were not only prompt, but a few minutes early! They were attentive, listened to my requests, and then worked their butts off. They strategically packed, padded my things, and raced tirelessly up and down my stairs. I have TONS of books, which makes for a very heavy job. They were cheerful and polite, making this the best experience possible.

I made a reservation on a very short notice (service was the same day), but despite that, joshua and his companion came and helped us out with the unloading/lifting job. They were very polite and they finished the job way ahead of time. They even wear their uniform/company shirts. They came on time (even earlier). I would definitely recommend them for moving services and would definitely hire them again for my future move.

Joshua was easy to communicate with prior to the move. He and his helpers showed up early and worked tirelessly for 5 hours packing 2 PODS. They were professional and treated all our belongings with care. I would hire him again without reservation....
