Absolutely terrible service! They cancelled on us AFTER they were scheduled to arrive, leaving us in a horrible bind. We needed to unload our POD, had NO help, and the POD was already scheduled to be picked up empty.

After arranging for labor to unload and reload a trailer, the company and Moveamerica agreed that the loaders would arrive between 10 and 11 am. Numerous attempts to contact the crew and the company were ignored, apparently deliberately.
To make a long story short, the crew never showed and didn't call. I would never recommend using this company EVER.

DO NOT HIRE THESE FOOLS UNLESS YOU WANT ALL YOUR THINGS BROKEN: Two movers showed up in a sports car...completely unprepared and unprofessional. Raymond and his helper. Immediately asked me for my dolly since they could only bring the one in backseat of their sports car...CAME COMPLETELY UNPREPARED. Raymond's helper was texting with his girlfriend the entire two hours as well.
They carelessly threw my belongings about the truck despite my telling them we had to drive 600 miles, including putting my bicycle on top of my sofa with an expensive blanket underneath. Blanket got grease on it from the bike. At the end of the two hours they threw things anywhere they could. They didn't take the time to place breakables ($600) mirror in between mattresses or the like. When I directly asked Raymond's helper to put something behind a mattress, he said: I'll put it in front. I don't do double work. When I complained to them about these things, instead of owning their poor work, they became angry and started forcefully telling me how this was a family business, blah, blah, blah. Due to this anger displayed on Raymond's part, I said:
"You are finished. Just leave. I'll do the rest myself." After Raymond and his helper left, I unpacked the breakables and slowly, carefully repacked them over the next hour myself.
I did not even give them the $80.00 tip I had planned to give good movers. The movers who helped unload in Oregon (different company) were so good and careful, I gave them their tip as well as Raymond's tip. I believe in rewarding hardworking people.
DO NOT HIRE THESE FOOLS UNLESS YOU WANT ALL YOUR THINGS BROKEN.

I actually booked 2 helpers for a 2 hour window. They finished the job in 30 minutes. Friendly people and comparatively cheap rates. Highly recommend.

They got the job done faster than planned which was great. They asked if I had something to put down on my carpet since the grass was wet and they didn't want to dirty my carpet. Most people do not care but they did. They were courteous. I would highly recommend them too everyone. Julie
