The previous reviews made me optimistic. But, they arrived 1.5 hours after the scheduled start time- if you cannot keep an 8am appointment because of your drive, don’t confirm my booking for that window. When I told them explicit instructions, such as, “load this upright”, these things didn’t happen. I tried to keep an eye on the truck loading but was busy moving items myself- I saw plastic ripped off furniture, heavier boxes on top of lighter ones etc. The younger individual acted like this was his house, using my freezer and charging his earbuds on my kitchen counter, without asking first. Save yourself money and the headache of their loading job- book someone else.
