I needed help in finishing packing of odds and ends to be done before the big move. One of the two helpers sent by James B Moving Co came on time; the other came just about 10 minutes later. They quickly started packing and finished the job within 2 1/2 hours of the booked 3 hours. The helpers were pleasant yet respectful and efficient. James, the owner of the company went the extra mile and offered me a driver with a truck to come back the next day to pick up the bulk waste and kept his promise. It was such a relief, as I had worried that I would not have enough time and the strength to lift all the heavy items of the bulk waste pile to take to the landfill dumpster. Thank you very much, James. For the big move, I have already booked another moving company through Hire-A-Helper, otherwise I would gladly book the big move with James B Moving Company.

We hired the James B Moving Company to move us from our 3200 sq ft house into two storage areas. They were on time and did a great job. We had a piano and a large, heavy safe which they moved with no problem. They moved the entire house into storage in 5 hours. I would definitely call them again.

Mike was 1hour late. The other guy work while waiting on his co-worker. 20 minutes after the 2nd guy got here, they leave to go to the store. They broke some of my items and didn't Even say they were sorry ( right in front of me). I've used this website before, but these helpers were just okay
Theres a 1 hr arrival window so the 2nd helper was not really late as he arrived within the arrival window.
