Carlos was fantastic. Overall the job ran smoothly and efficiently and was a good use of my money. The helper with Carlos was complaining and at times seemed like he didn’t want to be there.

The movers were on time, prepared, and very polite. They worked hard and fast. However, I feel like they started getting tired/hot and thus slightly careless towards the end of the job. I would consider using Smooth Move's services again but probably shop around first. Still, I'm very thankful for the service provided.

The movers came unprepared without tools. I was asked to go buy a tool. It was very disorganized and I had to repeat my directions often.
It was a very stressful experience. I will not use this moving company again. They were also rough moving my furniture. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t be surprised if some of my furniture and things are damaged.
