Matt and Jason (I believe his name was Jason) were awesome. They walked through our house to visualize and assess how they were going to load the POD we rented before moving anything. I was pretty sure beforehand that we had way too many furnishings to fit, but the guys managed to get everything we asked for loaded securely and safely without wasting any time, all while keeping the fabric of our chairs protected because it rained on and off all day. The weather was hot and humid as well and the guys managed to keep their composure and were professional the whole time (as someone who has delivered and loaded trucks for several years, it’s not easy to keep a smile on your face when you’re pouring sweat and tired). My girlfriend and I are happy we went with Cosmic and we would recommend them to anyone looking for movers. Thanks again for making our transition from South Carolina to Arizona less stressful knowing we picked the right guys for the job!

When you need a helper, you need to hire Cosmic. They arrived on time, no hassles, and got right to work. Two guys, two hours. Done!
The job was completed efficiently. Only problem was they arrived without hand truck. I had boxes to unload marked fragile. In the order was stated hand truck. I felt bad for the guys, some boxes were big and heavy. Not fair to workers or me.
Our movers always come equipped with both hand-trucks and dollies. That day, our movers either forgot or did not have time to come pick up hand-trucks and dollies at headquarters.
