Movers were scheduled to arrive between 8 and 9 am, but they did not arrive until 9:10. I booked two people for two hours. Three people showed up, and the job took 4 hours. None of them were moving quickly. At least 45 minutes of their time was spent taking breaks. They rushed to finish loading our pods 10 minutes before the four-hour mark and left as quickly as possible. I then discovered many boxes and items that were left in the house and garage. I opened the pods to find that the last pieces they loaded were a mess and thrown in quickly. I had to unpack and repack about 25% of the items to be sure that the space was being used efficiently and that items were secure. I would not recommend BinTris movers to anyone.

When we arrived to unload many items had fallen and shifted and several pieces of furniture were damaged. I had purchased 3 dozen moving pads to help secure and protect important pieces. They used about 6! All they did was stretch wrap items which provided no protection. Heavy furniture had fallen on top of fragile items. Damaged furniture includes two tables, a desk, a large buffet, a dresser and our small piano. These are all expensive items. I believe the crew was poorly trained to do this job properly. We paid a lot of money for a very poor result. I’d like the provider to call me. I can provide more details and some photos (if desired). I hope they will right the situation..

They did a great job - did not bump even one of our freshly painted walls! The moved everything out so we can have new carpet installed and are coming back to move it all back in afterward - very professional and worth every penny??.

These guys were great! I highly recommend them.
#1 they worked on a Sunday, which is normally their off day. #2 we were in a last minute bind due to some confusion on the work order with a different company and they stepped up #3 they showed up early by a several minutes!
