Things did not go well with this company. It was one problem after another. First, they “claimed” that they had no idea that they were moving a house and that it was scheduled for an in-house move. I had called at least three times with this company to confirm arrangements. So when they showed up the guy in charge told me they will move me but his attitude was very negative. Second, I was assured that they will have ropes and they didn’t. So I had to buy straps and ropes and bring them back to the house. Third, they fought with each other. One of the movers looked like he was about to have an emotional breakdown. This same guy had a difficult time moving heavy furniture and there were lots and lots of drops. I had a small (expensive) dresser they dropped or hit on a hard object and a chuck of wood is now gone from the front of it which ruins the whole piece. We are not talking about small dents but major scuffs and chunks missing from furniture. There were many other damages … too many to discuss here. I never received a call reimbursing me for the ropes I bought. When they were driving away the guy in charge was cursing and screaming at his hired hands. I would highly urge anyone considering this company to NOT hire them under any circumstances unless you want to completely ruin your move.

The team assisted with unloading a moving truck managing the heaviest of the items we moved. They worked diligently for the entire scheduled time, were careful and respectful of our things, and had a great attitude. I would highly recommend this team!

1 guy did the work of three. Literally. No shows due to sleet. Jake was great. Worked 5 hrs non stop
The only issue was the safe put a dent in the floor when tilted to get dolly under it. I filed a claim.
But again, highly recommend.

Fantastic professional service. They called about 15-30 minutes before their arrival to give a heads up. Kevin and Eric were very very good at loading the contents of my apartment into a POD. They were so fast and very careful with all my belongings! They wrapped all my furniture with blankets and plastic wrap. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to everyone!

You will not be disappointed hiring these guys! They are upbeat, professional and detailed. Matt was cool, calm and kept things running smoothly he even gave me a Float from Float STL that he could not use that day. These guys made my move easy they took the time to make sure things were wrapped as to not get damaged. They definitely took the stress out of my move! Thank You All Star Moving!

The young men from All Star Moving are the real stars here. The took the time and effort to safely move all of our antiques and store them in the pod in our driveway and then two days later put them all back in place. They are fantastic in the care they take wrapping every piece of furniture before moving it and take the same care unwrapping them after putting them back in place.

Our crew was fabulous! They arrived on time (phone call to let me know they were on their way) and were ready to get to work. POD was packed tight, not an easy job, since our load was primarily furniture, with not a lot of boxes. They presented themselves well and were very careful and respectful of the items being moved, but also of the house in general. I would definitely use All-Star Moving again.
