The two men you sent were excellent. They arrived on time and took very good care transferring my furniture from the Pod to the house. As a bonus, once the work was done, they were very pleasant to talk to as we had a few things in common. Good hardworking guys !

They were not on time but it was not entirely their fault. PODs moved up their same day drop off and pick up the night before moving. I was able to call the Insight contact and tell him the exact times. The only thing I was disappointed with is that he said he'd call back but did not. I didn't know if he had found someone to come and when they could come. I kept calling him and finally after waiting at the POD for almost 2 hours they arrived. They finally told me after I called several times when they were coming 20 minutes before they arrived.

I had many items left in the house. Kitchen chairs were left in the garage,
left coffee table, entertainment stand,
and they left in a hurry.

They worked hard aiming to be done by the time alloted, they were on time,they were prepared for the job, I feel that they were notrespectful though of my property because apart of my bedroom furniture was chipped.as I said to both movers " inspite of the little set back with opening the pod door due to the other mover in texas we got pass that" however when someone is paying to have a job done there should not be a back and fourth conversation. The one who is paying for the job gets to have a say so in how their property is being handled. Jordan was good but not really good on communication with customers just know attitude is everything. I know it was wet outside however the show still has to go on if will.

5 stars for Insite Movers! Gus and his helper, who came to help us load our container, were professional, polite, and hard working.

They loaded boxes marked as fragile on the bottom and heavy boxes with books at the top, which caused the whole tower of boxes to fall over and several items were damaged or destroyed. Two of the movers smelled strongly of weed and their effort reflected that. I found one sitting in my recliner until he saw me and jumped up. Not good when I'm paying them by the hour. Our walls were scratched or had a hole put in them as they carried furniture through the house. It all made for a very stressful process.

- [ ] Late. We were told they would arrive between 9-10am. Arrived at 10:51am.
- [ ] Ill equipped, no straps or harnesses to assist with moving. Old dolly, no straps to hold larger items securely on the dolly.
- [ ] Inefficient. Two of the four did
not know what to do. Walked around, following one another, not moving or carrying anything unless given specific directions. Three of the four obviously had no experience doing this work.
- [ ] Boxes marked “this side up” were being moved completely upside down. I asked them to pay attention to that, and then watched them move a box onto a dolly completely upside down again.
- [ ] Paid little attention to boxes marked fragile. Fit boxes into pod by size, seemingly not taking those marked fragile or heavy into account.
- [ ] Did not know how to properly use a dolly. When going down a step it was not lowered carefully, but would BANG down to the next step or level.
- [ ] Workers were the “head guy”, his brother in law, his nephew, and his nephews friend. The ONLY one who appeared to have done this before (with very obvious limited experience) , was the “head” guy.
- [ ] Movers came without any water or food for a 5 hour job. Head guy asked for candy, said he was diabetic. We provided them with water, Gatorade and Red Bull.
- [ ] A heavy chest of drawers fell over in the pod. They were wrapped with a blanket, but we have no idea if damaged until unpacked.
- [ ] Cushions from chairs and sofa put in the pod were NOT covered by any blankets, but had yard tools on top of them!
- [ ] Movers said the reason they did not cover the cushions was that they’d used all the blankets, but… we still had 2 left. They could have covered cushions with the clear stretch wrap which we had plenty of.
- [ ] They scratched the wood floor, an approximate 1 foot long scrape when pushing something across the floor.
