This team was friendly and started quickly, but we unfortunately had to repack half of the trailer because they did not pack it well. When they were done, the entire 28 ft upack trailer was loosely filled to the door, not stacking anything. There were large portions of the trailer with nothing in it down to the floor. We spent a day repacking and saved nearly 10 ft of the trailer, and we were able to fit an additional dining room and bedroom worth of furniture with plenty of room to spare. They also called in extra help towards the end without asking as outlined in the hire a helper terms, and also went over on time by 30 minutes without notifying me or asking me for approval, and I was charged for a full extra hour. Overall for the cost, I would have preferred they packed well for the two hours and asked for additional time rather then doing a poor job for two and a half hours and dipping early, leaving me with no choice but to bring in additional help and repacking the trailer the next day. Be prepared to closely supervise the entire job if you choose this company.
