Vince and Mike were fantastic! They were on time, polite, nice, hard working and efficient! They came totally prepared for the job. They were extremely careful with moving our furniture because we just had painting and new flooring completed. I can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of us! We are having carpet installed soon and I’ve requested to have them both come back for the return move! I am a very happy customer! Thank you Vince snd Mike!

Jeff and Scott were efficient and. very helpful. Due to Jeff's experience as a mover, he was able to determine that we would need additional POD space. Thus we had time to plan to have another POD delivered on the next business day and only delay our plans by 2 work days. They were careful with our furniture and boxes. I hope this team will pack our second POD.

Scott and Jeff were simply AMAZING. They communicated very well every step of the way. They Assisted in the breakdown of furniture and the relocation of said furniture. If I could pick my movers, I'd choose them every time.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys! While they did show up on time, appeared to be courteous and mindful. They opted to start out with the east light stuff. While they could’ve maximized their time using equipment, they chose not to. Which in the manner they were loading the POD containers, they weren’t maximizing space either. Their 5 minute smoke breaks turned into 20 minutes. 30 minutes phone calls with the boss, 15 minute personal calls…quite a bit of just standing around…they told me they had to leave to go to another job, which while they didn’t finish their 3 hr minimum, I let them leave….so they could sit out in their car for 15 minutes. Three separate times I pointed out things they needed to do. Especially prior to their early departure, my wife watched and listened to one crew member go over to an item, pick it up and mutter, “…that’s too heavy,” and walk away. So I let them leave early, filed a complaint with Hire-A-Helper and then unloaded and effectively reloaded the containers myself. Noting damage to our stuff and probable damage upon unloading. Time and money with these guys - NOT well spent!

This is the second time we’ve used Them Movers and have been absolutely thrilled with their service. Bob and Vince communicated with us on their arrival time, got our apartment loaded into the truck within an hour, and were extremely pleasant! If we ever move again, we’ll definitely hire Bob and his team!

A phone call prior to arrival. Fast and efficient movers!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack any boxes needed prepared. We do assembly and disassembly. If everything is disassembled it will take less time to load trucks and containers. Buy or rent moving blankets.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle personal moves into trucks, storage and shipping containers. We provide in home services for things such and preparing a room to get floors redone etc. We do full office moves and business moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We get to help others!! We make someone's life a bit easier.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We keep crew leads on site to reassure everyone knows instruction and conduct everything properly.
