Brian and Sam were very respectful of my belongings. There was one piece that they were unable to place due to its size. Fortunately, ThemMovers sent out another team, Travis and Michael, who were able to slide it through the front door with minimal, if any, damage.
I highly recommend ThemMovers. They made a horrible state to state relocation better by not giving up on getting all of our furniture into our home with care, patience, and understanding!

Bryan and Sam from THEM MOVERS helped us with our move which included some stairs. They were wonderful. They had finished a job early and gave us the option of coming early or waiting for our scheduled time. They were personable, very hard working, paid attention to detail and didn't waste time. We will be moving again in 6 months and would love it if we could have those two young men help us. They made a great team.

These two movers: Brian and Sam....they were incredible! I would highly recommend this team to help with your move. They check all the boxes. They were right on time, completely prepared for the job, they worked extremely hard the entire time, they were very respectful of my property and if I ever need help with a move again, I would not hesitate in calling them again!

They were polite and got everything moved quickly but there were some flaws.
They spent 20 minutes trying to figure out the ramp on the back of the truck.
Once they got that settled then moving things in took no time.
They didn’t put my desk back together and I had to go get the tools needed to put it back together myself.
As soon as the truck was unloaded and closed they wanted payment although I asked if my desk was together and all they said was that the truck was empty and expecting payment.
Probably won’t use these guys again.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack any boxes needed prepared. We do assembly and disassembly. If everything is disassembled it will take less time to load trucks and containers. Buy or rent moving blankets.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle personal moves into trucks, storage and shipping containers. We provide in home services for things such and preparing a room to get floors redone etc. We do full office moves and business moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We get to help others!! We make someone's life a bit easier.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We keep crew leads on site to reassure everyone knows instruction and conduct everything properly.
