Three guys showed up 1/2hr late, without tools or any moving supplies. They were brute force movers not wise movers. We needed the truck packed smart and secure for a 1000 mile trip to our new home. I took apart all my furniture unlike any other mover we ever used and when I asked for help they tried but didn’t have any tools to help. Our furniture was packed very poorly and it was dented and one bed was broken when we got to our destination. Also when we opened the door of the truck a full size mattress fell out. Even though it only took them two hours to pack the truck because our reservation estimate was for four hours we were charged the full four hours. And these guys were anxious to leave as soon as they could. When we arrived to our new home the movers on that end were outstanding. They came prepared, put our furniture together and only charged us for the time they were there. I have moved 6 times and Zoom movers are by far the worst we have used.

Great experience! John and Cliff loaded our Relo Cubes perfectly. Couldn't believe they could get so much into a container. Only used 2 of the 3 containers we had delivered. That saved us quite a bit of money!

While I was notified in time my noon appointment was pushed back to 3 pm. I assume it was because of the previous appointment. Movers worked efficiently. Would have liked a little more care taken with certain items. Some damage was noted, but not enough to make the items inoperable. They could have been a bit more professional. Otherwise all my stuff was moved in the time allowed.

The helpers you furnished (Rick and Romeo) did an excellent job. They were on time and well prepared . They worked very hard and were very careful in moving and loading our furniture. They also were very courteous and friendly, I think Zooming Moving LLC is really fortunate to have such valuable employees, whom we would very much want to be able to have help us in any future moving jobs that we might have. You may be sure that Zooming Moving will be our choice in such an event.
