Two men were sent to my home, and it was clear very early on that one had little or no experience in loading a truck. I was a little disappointed that more care was not given to my wood furniture. I had bubble wrap but it was not used. And, unfortunately when I arrived at my destination a good majority of my furniture was severely dented and scratched. I shouldn't have been surprised I watched them set furniture on the sides in the house on my wood floors and in the truck with nothing between the furniture and the floor. Lastly, they forgot to load the metal bed frame from my master bedroom until we did a final walk through. They threw it in last and the sharp metal corners tore a large hole in the cover of my Weber grill and it also left an ugly metal scratch on the grill. Sorry.....I usually don't try to complain and be negative. But this was not a pleasant experience.

Zooming Moving did an amazing job loading my units today. The three men who worked on my job were pleasant, positive, professional and patient. They did an incredible job wrapping everything perfectly and securing it in the unit so there's no chance it will shift. They were extremely conscientious and courteous. i recommend this company HIGHLY. Special thanks to Jeff, Andy and Kevin. You all did a great job and the day was unexpectedly pleasant because of your attitudes.

Bob and Anthony were very friendly and courteous and did a great job of taking new furniture (two bookcases and a tall dresser) from their large shipping boxes stored in my garage and moving the items into my house. I needed labor help getting several pieces of furniture moved between different floors of my house, and they worked quickly and efficiently, even moving the heavy solid wood dresser to the second floor without a mark on my walls. Mark was also great about letting me know they would be slightly delayed from an earlier job that morning, but they arrived well within the window I had specified.

They were about 5 minutes early, had tools on hand, and were all around fantastic. The packing job was superb. If I had not had them, there is no way I would have gotten my 2 bedroom apartment into a 16' truck. They figured out how to safely secure a large glass cabinet that was too tall to stand in the truck. They also carried some large old unwanted furniture items more than a block to the dumpster behind our building that is specifically for large bulky items (while it was raining). Very Professional and very good. A+++++

The guys that showed up were prompt, friendly and very helpful and worked hard for the most part. Even though all of these comments, I had multiple issues with their service. When they were bringing in the new furniture into my house they had no respect for my walls or furniture. I.E- One person shouldn't be carrying large furniture by them selves, my walls had furniture scuffs all over them which transpired onto my furniture. I had a set of expensive rims and tires that one of the guys dropped on the cement and now I have to replace that. They wedged a couch going into my basement and put a baseball size hole in my ceiling, took paint off of 2 different walls that I have to now repaint, sand and plaster. It was a hot day and I provided them with water and refreshments and towards the end of the day they moved at a very, very slow pace. I had them for a total of 4 hours. I was not happy for the service. I paid $410 for three workers for 4 hours. I don't feel I got my money worth. The money wasn't the issue, these were suppose to be professional people and I should of just paid more money by a more professional company, insuring that my furniture was respected. I would not use them again.

I hired 3 men for 3 hours to move my household possessions into a POD. The men showed up at their appointed time and worked efficiently, finishing the job within 3 hours. I then asked them to move the items that were not going into the POD from the second floor to the first floor. They completed the task quickly and helped me organize. I was very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. I would highly recommend using Zooming Moving LLC.
