These folks are great! I got a call ASAP to check details of my move. At first I was going to load / drive / unload the same day, and they were set to help me out...then I figured out (how stupid that would be) and there was no problem changing the time. There was a bit of a snafu with the Hire A Helper dashboard letting them know about the time / day change, and it conflicted with other jobs on their schedule. You know what? They asked me if they could show up an hour earlier (8am) and had my truck unloaded in 20 minutes. Then the guys started putting stuff together for me. Great customer service, flexible and friendly. Would definitely hire again!

They were right on time, well prepared, & worked very hard! Not only did they take all of the items that I listed for them to take, but they took more items & also helped my mom & I unload our cars too. They finished right at the 2hr mark that I hired them for. They were very nice & easy to talk to. Would definitely use them again!
