There were 3 young men who showed up to pack our POD and we were told there would be 4. The one young man, who was the leader lacked the experience to load the POD quickly and efficiently. The other 2 men seemed extremely inexperienced. We did have a lot to load and I let them know when they arrived that I they needed to prioritize the most important boxes and furniture in case we needed to leave some of the boxes behind. They ignored that request and at at the end, we needed to leave behind a bed frame and headboard and a Weber grill. There were a lot of boxes that were less valuable we could have left behind. The POD hasn't arrived yet, but I do have concerns about the condition the contents will be in when it comes. We had just purchases a set of leather chairs and stools and they were packed in such a way that I will be surprised if they arrive undamaged. Those cost $3000 and we haven't even used them yet.
I did expect that the packers would have a lot of experience and would be capable of packing things appropriately. I am very disappointed. I would not recommend them for anything other than a very simple packing job. If it hadn't been for my husband, who helped with the packing and kept them moving, the job would not have been completed in 2 hours or ever.

Fast crew and professional. Arrived early, got to work immediately and knew exactly how to pack my pod. Wonderful group and wks recommend to anyone needing their service. Their rate was reasonably priced compared to the other rates I was provided. Will definitely use them again!

I recommend these guys!! 4 young men showed up for the job, took my direction and ran with it. They were polite, pleasant and masked, kept me up on their progress, asked questions as needed. They did an amazing job of Tetris-ing the items with room left over.

I’ve handled it all my favorite moves would be long distance because I get to see new parts of my state places I would never see if I wasn’t a mover.

My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people and getting that work out from all the heavy lifting.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Every week we do routines and find new ways to get around sharp corners and how to be more efficient practice makes perfect!
