While my three pods were emptied in three days there were a few issues I would recommend. There should be more training in setting up beds. The bottom box springs were up side down causing my top mattress falling through in the middle of the night. My headboard was not connected. And the frame was not set up properly. Perhaps there could be a bit more care to corners and walls. And perhaps I missed it but I was unaware of extra charges for heavy items until we were in the middle of moving. It did not occur when it was loaded. Perhaps training in installing washers and dryers. I did not have them try.

Zachary was pleasant and courteous. The work got done in less than 2 hours. They were delayed in arriving, but I received a phone call indicating they would be delayed, so that was okay. Austin seemed annoyed that he had to be doing this work, or uninterested in anything we had to say.

Movers were prompt and prepared with a hand truck and moving blankets. Did a great job loading the truck, so that everything fit in one load. Unloading was quick.

Had to repeat where things went often. My box springs was upside down. I will have to try to fix myself. The bed was not attached to the head board. Worked slower than other two days. Not respectful of molding and edges. Completely different than first two days. I was really confused.

They arrived 30 minutes late and didn't sent out Josh as we were told, instead they sent two young guys that looked like 20 years old. They seemed very unprofessional and didn't seemed to care about my furniture or boxes at all and they even dropped one of my boxes. They left screws all over the bedroom and forgot to put them with the other screws in the pod after they disassembled the beds. They were not able to put all of my items in the pod because of the poor stacking skills they had. When I called Josh, the owner to make some arrangements and tried to workout a solution for it, that would involve sending someone to help me reload and pack everything in the pod, he was very rude and not able to talk to me like a professional would do. I had to unload and reload everything the next day after with someone else's help and we were able to fit all of my furniture including my boxes into the pod and we don't even have experience on it. I would not recommend this company to anyone and definitely would never hire them again.

Nick and Damon (hope I got their names correctly) arrived at the right time and had the right attitude. They were young in years but their professional attitude made itself felt immediately. Their good training made them competent so that the heart and soul they put into the job created a great result. They treated us and our property with great respect.
