Hired 2 movers for 2 hours the day before we needed help unloading our POD. They called about 30 minutes before their arrival to let me know they were on their way. They showed up 30 minutes after their arrival time/when they said they’d be here. It ended up being fine because they only worked for 50 minutes (we really didn’t have a lot to move). The 2 young guys were nice and chatted with me while they worked; they were courteous and asked where I wanted things. What caused me to give 3 stars was their lack of concern around our items/our new home. Almost every piece brought up was banged against walls and left huge dents in the wall along with large chunks of paint missing. They also broke one of our door stoppers, those spring-like ones. I filed a claim with Hire A Helper for these damages. Overall, they were pleasant and I appreciated the company’s willingness to take a job when it was booked a day before, I just wish they were a little more careful.

Called me in advance, arrived within the time window, friendly, efficient, did a great job. I needed a pod filled with furniture so we could remodel. I recommend them.

The time frame for arrival was 10 am to 11am they showed up at 11:20, trip to new location the uhaul showed up before they did, and they left 25 minutes before uhaul. Had to call to see where they were. Was charged for 4 hours but they didn't work full 4 hours, they were quick to say something couldn't work without trying it first

We had scheduled an 8:30 start time, but Josh called ahead to say it would be 9:00, at which time they arrived promptly.
We had a 26’ truck to unload, with the big furniture pieces going inside and the rest of the boxes stacked in the garage. They worked at a steady pace, were careful and respectful of our goods. They even helped reposition a very heavy cabinet that had been left by the previous owner. They finished easily in the two hour window. Would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others looking for dependable, courteous and conscientious help in moving.
