However, we have over 15 years of transportation of high-end, custom cars. Now, we are applying all of that knowledge to safely and efficiently pack, load, unload, and unpack your property. Fabulous! They made my move sooo easy!

Asked for them to call me when they arrived, as I was out of state. They never called. I specifically wanted them to load all furniture first. Instead they loaded the truck with all the small items/boxes first, and then ran out of room for the larger furniture. They had to unload the pod and then repack it. So I ended up having to pay for an additional hour. While they were reloading it, my items were left sitting in the rain (my neighbor took photos). They threw stuff in, haphazardly stacked on top of each other. I proved moving blankets for them and my two vintage chairs that I specifically asked to be covered, were not. They were just thrown on top of a bunch of stuff, unused packing blankets still sitting right next to them.
Would NEVER use this service again! Horrible.

They were nice and helpful. I give them a four because there were a few scrapes on walls and they went two hours overtime so plan for that. But overall I would likely use them again.
However, you booked four hours for a load/unload job with a 30+minute drive in between locations. A typical load job of your size will take 3-4 hours just loading. You may have booked for four hours. That does not mean in anyway that because that's all the time you booked, that your job would be completed in 4 hours.
And apologies for any minor scrapes. However, none of that was mentioned. If we happen to make a mistake we correct it, period.
This why we've had a more than 365 consecutive days with a 5 star rating.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A call within 15 minutes of booking to go over the details and answer any questions you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We'll call or message the day before to make sure there hasn't been any changes and message the day of letting you know that we are on our way and an ETA.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Be sure to have ratchet straps for securing the load and moving blankets to protect your most sensitive items. Mattress bags and tv boxes are HIGHLY recommended.
What types of moves have you handled?
We work in a 75 mile radius from Portland, Oregon. We perform moves of many different things. From household goods, hot tubs, industrial equipment and offices.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Packing the truck has got to be my favorite part. Getting all the right puzzle pieces in just the right place to maximize space and create a tight pack that protects the load.
What training do you provide your crew members?
New crew members are teamed with experienced and seasoned leads. Once a crew member no longer needs hands on supervision they are knowledgeable about performing safe, secure and efficient moves.
