The movers were dropped off earlier than expected, and the main contact was not there. He told me he would come later. The movers told me I needed to pay them in cash, more than agreed upon, and that they weren't associated with the company. In addition, I asked for two movers but there were three present. I called the main contact and he told me he hired the movers separately; it sounds like the movers were day laborers. The contact came over and the movers and the contact heatedly talked and the movers were told to leave. It ended up being just the contact helping move. It was really stressful, took away from the moving time, and wasn't what I ordered. I wouldn't use this company again.

I booked a job on Sunday evening for Monday morning, putting them in a bind immediately. Darius called on Monday morning to let me know that he, understandably, was having an issue finding someone on such short notice, but he did and they showed up right at the back end of the arrival window. After the crew showed up, they worked hard and we finished easily in the allotted time. I would recommend them.

The company kept in touch with me in the coming days of my move. I was able to adjust my time a few days prior with no issues. The helpers showed up on time. I showed them what I needed moved and they got right to work and got everything done sooner then expected! First time using this service and it was worth the money. Just make sure your hours you request for help is as accurate as possible.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My lead mover, Darius, brought four teenagers and one dolly with him to unload 26' foot full truck. He didn't know what he was doing, nor did his help. What should have taken a few hours ended up taking five and a half. He tried on a few occasions to end the job before it was complete claiming he was worried about what it would cost me. The day after the move I communicated with Hire a Help, the original contractor, to finalize the invoice. For a variety of reasons unknown to me, they were not able to complete it until the next morning. Darius texted me, since he payment had not yet been released by Hire a Helper, in a wildly unprofessional manner, immediately accusing me of trying to not pay the bill and calling me a scammer. At no point did he ask me if I new what the issue was, just made character assassinations. He ended the conversation with "f*!k off".
