After some initial scheduling issues, the work done by our two helpers Once they arrived was fantastic!

I made sure to ask both Hire A Helper and Davis Moving if they had experience packing PODS. Both said "yes". Two helpers showed up on time. One of them left and we didn't see him for a bit. The other one was not very strong and had no experience. Then the other guy returned to drop off another helper and he left again. The guy he dropped off was very strong and had a great work ethic, however still had no experience packing the PODS. Then the other guy returned with a young lady. Both also inexperienced and were not hard working. Finally, after more than 2 hours the person who was supposed to be training ALL of them showed up. I was disappointed as he was not nor was he ever wearing a mask as it was mandatory. He did a great job packing one of the PODS while training the 3 helpers, however we had to pack the other PODS ourselves and really could have used someone with experience packing it as I had requested in the first place. Because of all the inexperience, time to train, lack of strength and work ethic we went over our time. They tried to charge me for all 4 helpers for the overage. I was not having it! Moving is very stressful and to say this made things more stressful in the middle of a pandemic in the Texas heat is an understatement. I would not use them again.

Wow! Davis Moving Company really came through for us. They moved things multiple times while we tried to decide where we wanted things, all with a great attitude. They were very respectful and never complained. I would highly recommend them. We scheduled them for 4 hours, but kept them for 2 more to help us get organized! It was amazing! They brought their own moving supplies too!
