I would not recommend this service to ANYONE! We hired 2 men for 2 hours. One guy shows up and explains that no one else is available. Asked us to postpone 1 day and we agreed. Next day, they are a NO SHOW! Would not answer the phone when we called. We explained that the storage container company was picking up the container THE SAME DAY. Container company is wanting to pick up their container and it's still full, leaving us to scramble to get it unloaded. If they would have just said they were unable to do it, we would have had time to hire other movers. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. Very unprofessional!!

I hired them for two days. The first day went great. The second day not so much. They missed our appointment time but didn’t call to let me know there was a problem. I had to keep reaching out and asking for updates for when they would be there. 2 1/2 hrs after my appointment time I had called again for an update, they said they were having an issue with one of their trucks and were waiting for a mechanic. Since I had my own truck and just needed help loading it; their reasoning didn’t make sense. Because of their lack of communication and not sending the help I needed, my whole moving timeline was pushed back, causing me to miss deadlines out of state where I was moving. This showed a lack of professionalism and lack of care for their customers. I ended up canceling them and hiring a different company.
I'm sorry things didn't work out ass planned the second time. Remember that was a last minute booking for second day and the crew was in a job when truck broke down meaning we had to get another truck and transload. We were in an area with not reception we were trying to communicate and handle the issue. Thank you for your feed back.
