The movers were friendly and excellent At protecting our furniture. However, They created some pretty big holes of damage and a wall coming down the stairs, and they also damage the cap piece on our laminate floor on the stairs. How do we go about making a claim On these damages? We have to get them repaired because we are listing our house for sale.

John and Kelly were fantastic and knew what they were doing. I had 2 PODs reserved to load, an 8 ft and a 16ft, but they were able to get everything in the 16ft one, so it saved me a lot of money moving to the west coast. They came prepared and took great care of my belongings and helped me so much. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to move their belongings. Thank you so much!
