On time and prepared, but required oversight as far as best truck loading practices go. Initially Boxes were loaded 1st and furniture last which caused a delay, and added stress as the truck needed to be repacked at my request to fit everything effectively. If you're looking for a completely hands off, stress-free experience this may not be the company for you as it appears the customer must function as a supervisor. This can be easily avoided in the future if they simply do a full visual inventory of all items to be packed and take a moment to create a plan and establish priority items instead of just grabbing what's closest to the door and claiming "nothing else will fit" (everything made it in the truck after rearranging at my request and direction).

I used another Hire a Helper affiliate to load my uhaul and Roblas Services to unload. Remarkably similar service. On time, started to hustle and continued until the job was done. Showed expertise in utilizing the trucks potential and moving difficult items. Very satisfied.
