They were early and willing to stay later if necessary. They met me at the storage unit I had just rented over the phone. I showed up Sunday with a 26’ U-Haul and the storage company left my unit locked and I had to make phone calls for an hour trying to get someone up there to open it for me since the on-site office was closed. Finally someone came to open it, but these guys stuck around and said they’d stay as long as it took, then unloaded my truck very quickly. The only downside, and it’s really my fault for being too tired from 2 hours of sleep to oversee their work, is that they stacked everything in such a manner that now makes it hard to retrieve a lot of my things without having to move everything out of the unit. Again, I should have watched over them and asked them to put things in a certain way, that’s why I’m not giving 4 stars for it. Otherwise, nice guys and hard working and willing to go the extra mile.
