**HORRIBLE COMPANY**
I recently used Hire A Helper for my move in Bulverde, TX. The Hire A Helper showed me a list of the movers available in my area along with their reviews from previous customers so I did what every customer looking for the best to come load up their belongings for the move and found the company with the best reciews. So I hired 3 movers for 2 hours to only disassemble and load up my furniture. Well on the day of the move the representatives of Roblas Services LLC sent me 3 of the youngest employees they must have or it was the children of the owners of the company to perform this move. The 3 young men could be no more than 17 or 18 years old and they were completely lost and confused, the clock started as soon as they arrived and they walked around trying to figure out how to load up the furniture and finally after 35 - 40 minutes they finally loaded up the first piece of furniture into the truck. The lead guy with the man bun came up to me and asked if I had tools to disassemble the furniture, I looked at him and told him that in the fine print of the Hire A Helper states that the movers would have basic tools to disassemble furniture yet these young, inexperienced men had nothing. After the 2 hours came to an end I still had a couple of bedrooms left with furniture in them that still needed to be loaded so I paid for an additional hour so after I told them I needed them for an additional hour they were not pleased so they went back to loading but after 40 minutes they 3 man crew decided to stop and take a break, my niece asked them to bring some boxes from the loft to the truck to be loaded and the young man in the man bun went off on my niece and yelled at her that they were done and were not going to load anymore, I told him to back off and get off my property. The man bun guy asked me to go to the email that Hire A Helper sent me to pay which also includes the full 1 hour that I added even though they left early due to the argument. I would definitely look elsewhere for assistance in your move from another referral company!
