Overall they did a good job. We were told they were going to be there between 1:00 & 2:00 pm and showed up at 10:30 am. it just so happened we were there at the garage apartment when they did. It was better for us but if we hadn't been there it could have been a pretty good delay. The guys were hard working and polite but they did scratch the front of the refrigerator door a little getting it out the front door. Again, overall they did a good job.

Very slow and a lot of standing around. My husband did the majority of the work. No hustle. Paid for 3 hours and my house is still not finished. We are doing the rest ourself. One guy was great, in the uhaul packing and the other was not helpful. Very slow, dragging his feet, moping around taking his time.

This was the best decision we made and money well spent. The two workers did exactly what we wanted which was to haul all the boxes and totes upstairs. They stacked them neatly and where we wanted them. They worked very hard and we would absolutely recommend them again!!

Awesome job. They did arrive late but made up for it with their professionalism. We also didn't book enough time so I know it is hard to estimate and we would have caused them to run late.
They continued our move in a monsoon rain downpour. No damage and everything was stored, stacked very well.
